Like many airports in the US this one does not have a Tower and uses the UNICOM radio frequency system only between aircraft, rather like the 'Traffic' system in the UK

Others in the area today were ZJ183 [43C24C] at 1348L and ZJ211 [43C268] at 1640L, no direction travel though
