I believe it is for tanker flight going out to the eastern bloc to meet up with the 48th FW aircraft on TDY there, but I could be wrong.

Just go to the ARD (Aviation Retail Direct) web site mate, I ordered mine over the weekend. USMIL and EUROMIL.

You can also read a fair few off in the dark as the haze has gone and also there is a fair amount of lighting in the area, but you will stand out like a spare thumb to the local plod so take care.
