Maybe they are simulating weapons drops,so that is why they are using attual weapons /munitions ,but obsoulsy won't be dropping them,they might simulate the launch of them . Never seen them before so couldn't really help you but I would suspect they would bring either a Challenger or Hercules.

At about 15.00 this afternoon I could hear a very loud jet noise above Chippenham, does anybody have any idea what it could have been?
