Re: I'm A celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

Inclusiveness! Sorry V74 but yet again a lack of basic research. This programme is not about direct competition but a public vote of popularity. I really cannot be bothered to spell it all out for you. It has been going long enough (probably too long for some) for the format to be apparent. It even ...

Re: Patrouille Suisse Tribute

With you there Mike. IAT '93 is my standout moment for the PdS. As you say, that took something in my opinion. Flawless performance too as I recall - very professional.

Well it's a "more please" from me anyway! I love these older photos - they give a real flavour of the times and mix of airframe status. Hopefully I'm not alone and also that Kevin will allow more postings.

They do indeed PB. I can see the Bury St Edmunds beet factory from my office window. My late dad was a tractor driver way back.

Re: Horse Riders On Public Roads?

Especially when they don't pull over to let the queue behind get past! The B1106 from Brandon to Bury (yes Suffolk I know!) is a classic example. The modern ones may be faster but still hold up traffic. I thought the highway code called for them to pull over if possible when there was a number of ve...

Re: Horse Riders On Public Roads?

SUV'S & 4X4'S should be slapped hard for road tax, there the scourge of the British roads!!! No - the scourge of the British roads are the idiots who cannot drive with care and consideration. Those people drive and ride all sorts of vehicles. Yet another "broad brush" comment. Please, at least do s...

Re: Opinions wanted

Personally I am not fussed when it comes to W&R posts. Content will always over-ride image quality. I am sure you will get a cross section of opinions. Some will always want clear and clutter free images. As with any art form it is subjective. I would suggest that many will just be happy with what's...

Thanks! Never met as far as I know so as a cyclist, I'll reserve judgement  However cyclists are just like every other group in that they're not all good nor all bad.

What a fabulous post! We often go back to the 80s but anything from this period or earlier is really good to see. Bit of a sad sight but at least some got rebuilt.

Keep 'em comin' please!
