Morning All, I had a drive round Waddo last night to get the wedgetail and other bits and saw an unmarked Sentinel on the E-3 ramp next to ZH104. The engines were just hidden by the blast fence so I couldn't read it off. I don't suppose any kind soul could tie it up for me, could they? ZJ693 was at ...

Daniel,

I have a 75-300mm zoom lense for my Canon and its OK for flying shots at airshows as long as I can get close to the crowd line and the subject's not too small. Ideally you'd probably want a 500mm at least to get better results.

I had a similar disappointment when I got home - almost all of mine are over exposed, blurred or too dark :-( My auto focus is knackered (which I knew) but I think I was so busy remembering to manually focus that I forgot to change between Tv, Manual etc when switching between flying and static shot...
