RIAT 97 SW F-16's

Alright chaps, wonder if any of you with good memories could settle a debate. My Uncle is adamant that at the RIAT of 1997 that we saw a pair of Shaw based F-16's with the SW tailcode on them. I know we saw the 2 special tailed Shaw jets in the static display but I cant for the life of me remember s...

My camera not the best, but I'm fairly sure the departure order was Ohio (which did the big runway backtrack) then Washington.
Yes mate, that was the order.

Alright chaps,

We were planning a trip on Monday but just realised that Valley has scheduled night flying starting next week. What time do they typically start going up on night flying weeks ?

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread

Parking was absolutely shambolic, over an hour to get out. Marshalls had no clue alongisde being sarcastic and arrogant. Worst I've ever seen it. Couldn't organise a pee up in a brewery! :grr: Everyone fighting to get into the queue, no logical system and they didn't have a care in the world. It wa...

I take it that we are not getting anymore updates? Pity as I was expecting the Japanese to send something
Once you start expecting then you are building yourself up to be dissapointed, The Japanese support of RIAT for the past 6 years has been phenominal.

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread

This year is far from a classic but it is still arguably the best and varied line up you're going to see in the world. DBH consistently do it year after year while making a profit which sees a sizeable portion go to Charity. There is no logical reason to think about making it bi-annual.
