Re: Farewell Apache Mk1's

I am sure they would have reiterated their rules to the photographers at the event, and cleared the posting of it. It was a publicised day (flypast) with other people in attendance. Unless of course you can speak for the AAC?

Re: Windows update

Seems to be a very common problem, lot of discussion in this thread here - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/install-error-0x80070643/ca8dc95f-bc48-427b-aa6a-3ef468f61ca0 "Patch Tuesday" tomorrow where Microsoft tends to release any updates etc so maybe get something there. But, ...

Re: F1 2024

He broke deliberately during a high speed corner (when he never did before) and then claimed he had a "throttle issue". The telemetry proved this as well, so rightly so.

Re: F1 2024

Good race it seemed from the highlights, hope Ferrari can mount more challenges (with a Red Bull on track) to make it more interesting.

Good to see Alonso's dirty tactic didn't work for him.

50th Anniversary Scheme for GAF Tornado

Here's a pretty scheme to keep an eye out for...German Air Force Tornado IDS in 50th Anniversary Scheme since the Tornado's first flight :thumb: https://www.europeanairshows.co.uk/news/german-air-force-celebrate-50th-anniversary-of-the-tornado-with-a-special-livery?fbclid=IwAR2wahLxR1jx_mfOdl0urLjTV...

Re: Warning!? Waddington and other airfields

No, it isn't, that's been a long burning debate. It's not private, it's public down to the end. Provided you're out the way and to the side you're not causing any issues. Police frequent down there to and never have had an issue. It was an issue when people kept on walking around the corner was the ...

Re: Warning!? Waddington and other airfields

Yep, at the patch meet last weekend there was a box full from the 495th - "Come see us flying". Albeit I didn't get a photo.

Problem is - People don't use the common sense you've mentioned above! :)

Re: F1 2024

Horny horner gone by Australia apparently. Must be struggling to find conspiracy elsewhere then? Alan Permain quoted as saying the mini energy drinks team are deeply unhappy about Magnussens 'unsportsmanlike' driving, and will bring it up with the FIA at the next race so it doesn't happen ag...

Re: F1 2024

Every commentator and ex-race has said it's a ludicrous decision, which is it is, and the flag was way too high for the driver to even see it. It's 100% on the team, easily, why didn't the engineer celebrate over the radio as is oh so common??

Anyway, thought this was an F1 thread. :)

Academy Race 2, best end ever. Never seen anything like it.
Abbi Pulling promoted to winner after Pin basically forgot to stop at the end of the race. Tbf they could easily have done that before the podium.
Not her fault, that's her team's fault. Should be them penalised

Re: F1 2024

It still makes no sense why he even entertained taking that seat. Yes he drove at Silverstone and would've been P2 next to Max according to Hornyman - But theen you put an experienced senior in a junior team. Mental. Helmut Marko - the strangest man on the grid who should've gone a while ago
