Re: Visitors noted 10:00 18/10/19

There was also KC-135R 63-8025 hangared on South side (tail sticking out of 2nd hangar from left in the line near the West Row gate).

Didn't bother looking, but the C-130 was possibly 11-5731 (to do paradropping).

Re: REQ SJ's at Lakenheath

Trevor,

Did TREND65-66 make their own way to Souda, seeing as they were not picked up by ROMA14?

Re: Lakenheath 8/10

I returned from Lakenheath at 13.00ish and read off the following:198, 202, 209, 1678, 227, 170-? (in open hangar to the right side of the parked ones & probably 88-1707 but needs confirmation). 88-1707 is the "366 OG" aircraft. Would be very reasonable to assume that this (or the "366 FW" one) cou...

Re: LOG 10/10/19

87-0196 is an SJ.

Elsewhere, the possibility has been raised of the missing one being 88-1707 - which is the "366 OG" aircraft.

It would be a bit surprising if, on a deployment this size, neither the "OG" nor "FW" aircraft were present. Just my theory.

Re: SPUR95

Think AR20(NE) will be for the MOs.

The KC-10 departed McGuire at about 08.30z and has gone South to pick up the chicks, so the timing will be about right.

Re: Lakenheath 8/10

Now that we have got a second cell here (i.e. a source of spare jets), I would think that there is a good chance that six jets will go tomorrow.

1st six SJs back the next day per Nicosia NOTAM (plus 6 on 12th and 6 on 13th - hopefully)

Don't know the 1st bit for definite, it is merely a guess.
