Re: 40 Years of RAF Chinook

Good spot IF and it's a big if they were delivered in serial order the first one was ZA670 , last noted by FC with ZA707 on 26/11/2019 near Ashford Kent - crossing the channel? ZA707 has been noted recently on SBS but ZA670 hasn't been noted for a year. I have it on good authority that ZA672 was th...

Re: Army, Navy, RAF severe cuts

I haven't seen the whole review yet but I'm fearful that something might have to be sacrificed to pay for all of the drones, cyber warfare and space programmes. I hope I'm wrong!!

Re: USMC 35s

I saw an article or an interview with a high ranking naval officer, cannot quite remember which, quite a while back that the CSG deployment starts in May 2021.

Formula 1 Flypast at Imola

4 Typhoons conducted a Flypast at Imola for the F1 a short while ago. 1 has special markings on either side, each side being different. Does anyone know what they are commemorating? I couldn’t find anything on line.

CV-22 on USNS Medgar Evers

I was sent a photo of a CV-22 landing on the US Navy auxiliary Medgar Evers in the North Sea, apparently on 23rd October. I wasn’t aware that this had taken place and couldn’t find anything on line although I’m not on FB, Twitter or anything like that. Is anyone aware or know anything about this? Ed...
