OK tan on upper surfaces now have to leave it for a while to dry going to do it free hand so might take a while

Yes very pleased with the whole set up lifcolour paint seems to work well , will be getting the tan on the upper surfaces next

just a quick update , spending a bit of time trying the airbrush out to get the hang of it before committing to the model ( thinning being a bit problematic at the moment so might end up doing the thud in a natural metal Finnish just to get it done )All the best Neil

A big thank u to all the people who have forwarded the advice, just one thing i was thinking about is that despite tamiya thinners being readily available woud it not be cheeper to get some acrylic thinners from a motor factor . just a idea All the best Neil

many thanks for that , I am not sure how the airbrushing is going to go but hay ho we have to start somewhere The sea color scheme is not the easiest to start with but i thought i would start with the tan overall and then do the greens . all the best Neil
