Hi Zonan,
Thanks for the pictures. Are the missing numbers for your A320 displayed at the top of the tail?

Nice photos and I must agree with Pete - it looked much in Spencer Flack’s colours!

Always good to see your photos Claudio. It’s interesting to see ‘15-02’ with its recently fitted in-flight refuelling probe.

Re: Saudi F15s Lakenheath 23-9-19

Nice shots Dave. Yes, the weather wasn't great but the rain held off until 30mins after these F-15s landed (and these pilots made a much better four-ship fly through than the four based F-15s that followed them in! :O )

Re: Yeovil(Westland) Sightings Autumn/Winter 2019/20

Hi Somerset,
jrmrsdal's sighting is supported by photographic evidence.
The AW189 doesn't wear a Tricolour on the tail as the Irish AW139s do.

Re: Middle wallop info

Hi Matt, Welcome to the group. The layby 51.152978° -1.548933°on Kentsboro gives a view of the ramp. With decent optics on a cold, calm morning the Apaches can be read from here whilst a Juno can be read on a hazy, windy day with any optics. I recall an alternative view can be had from the top of th...

Re: Star of Waddington

A very plausible suggestion, but '264' doesn't appear to have these and won't be looking to do overshoots at Marham and Warton.
Are we sure '272' isn't taking holiday snaps?

Does anyone know what the circular ports ahead of the wing roots are for?

And I agree with your view of the locals - always good to interact with

Re: Marham 12.09.19 pm

Hi Leon, The western viewpoint is ‘H’.( The eastern viewpoint is more obvious when you arrive on Chalk Lane). I spoke to one of the farmers today and he asked that that we (enthusiasts) didn’t park in the field or cross the field to view the aircraft at this spot. Please note, just west of ‘H’ (the ...

Re: Marham 12.09.19 pm

Sorry Chris. ZM141 was about 1 - 1.5 miles away, so no photos. It carried 007 both on the nose, as the other F-35s carry their ‘last three’ and on the fin tip. I didn’t note any other marks bar the newly added lightning flash. I took ‘007’ as a 801NAS code. Perhaps a wrong assumption?

Re: Marham 12.09.19 pm

Leon, Yes - with good optics. 141 from Chalk Lane where the photographers park south of the approach. The remainder from the side of the A1122. Park in the layby/field entrance covered in sewage sludge! It’ll be easier in the winter without leaves on the trees  There may be better spots but ...
