Re: West Coast Retirement Trip.

Lovely set of images. I particularly like the CAG Super Hornets at Lemoore, the NASA Hornet and the lovely ‘Sandman’ Oregon ANG Eagle in the Luke static park - what a paint scheme!

Fantastic set of images. Those Qatari Rafales looks superb in that camo. Very nice to see the Hellenic Mirages and F-4s too of course - great stuff.

Fantastic images from a brilliant Tattoo. The huge line up of NATO fighters at the western end was a sight to behold, as was that magnificent C-135C. Too many other highlights to mention. Thanks for sharing these.

Re: Masters of the Air - USAF Mighty 8th in East Anglia

Does anyone know what happened to the two full scale B-17 replicas they built for the hardstanding scenes? Excellent series in my opinion.

Re: Lakenheath "Excalibur VII"

Terrific shots - I especially like the F-111F and shark-mouthed F-4G. Such a shame that those days of base commanders opening up the gates at short notice for a photocall are long gone.

Great set of images and accompanying editorial! I can't recall ever seeing pictures of that Sea Harrier trials Dominie ZF130 before. Very smart looking jet with the modified nose and black cockpit trim.

Non-military participants at airshows - any merch interest?

Hi all, This questions spans the military and civil aviation worlds, so I hope its ok to post here! Having attended most Air Tattoos and various other shows over the past 25 years, I am pretty familiar with the types of merchandise that participating military crews bring with them, the often signifi...

Lovely set of images from a productive year! Hard to pick a favourite and despite all the exotic visitors, the highlights for me are the 'local boys'; RC-135 head-on shot and LN Strike Eagle going ballistic on a quick climb. Great work.
