The USAF is doing the same for one of the baltic countries , that flight gets mid air refueled ... why cant they just do the same here ??

A few MQ-4C Triton Aircraft wil also be based at Sigonnella , Same for the AGS , NATO's Global hawks, These should be Equipped with ADSB and TCAS , that means it should be able to fly anywhere in Europian airspace ... ( as far as i know .. )

Rolls-Royce could wel be the best one, same engine as the Global Express or Gulfstream, at minimum cost fuel efficient and more power , no major changes to the plane itself ...
