Hardly a joking matter, and I have corrected the title. Belgium is the country and Belgian is the adjective. It happens to be my home country

Re: Palmdale & Edwards

Shame it is not like it used to be. In June 1981 I visited Palmdale for the first time when restrictions land side were almost non-existent. We drove round a corner approaching the fire station to be confronted by 8 stored A-11A's and 4 U-2C's. Plus in those days, for Civvie people, there was the Tr...

According to the Brize Norton blog the Kuwaiti departed at 1158. I am afraid you saw the RAF machine if it was about 1300.

We probably will visit next Wednesday and/or Thursday, so that won’t be a problem. Thanks for you reply. Re: Ex Cobra Warrior parking restrictions

For those travelling from Norfolk and area, the first two dates for the reduction of the swing bridge at Sutton Bridge on the A17 to single lane traffic light controlled crossing are 4/5 September. Suggest alternative route is plotted as delays expected to be substantial.

Re: Ex Cobra Warrior parking restrictions

Probably be simpler to cancel or relocate the exercise and stop all the aggravation it looks like it is going to cause in the Waddington area. Move it to Machrihanish, nice and quiet, long runway and plenty of apron space. A long drive from almost everywhere, and it definitely is from personal exper...

Well, it would tie up with the B-52 flypast at Sanicole Evening show on Friday 13th September. ;)
There are no B-52's based at Whiteman. Only other USAF unit operates A-10's plus there are a few T-38s with the 509BW.
