Re: YOUR BIN WATCHED

Any there any car drivers on here that have a dash camera fitted in their vehicle? It may come in useful if a cyclist crosses over a four road junction against a red light, narrowly misses being knocked over and then tries to blame you! This happened to me last week. Saturday at Duxford Battle of Britain Show

Here are a some of the 17 Spitfires that flew on Saturday plus a few of the other types. I have not done much aviation photography this year, so I was quite pleased with my efforts on Saturday. 1. https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5682/21449317130_2ff0179d80_o.jpg Spitfire SM520 by boston swing , on Fl...

Back To India + One or Two Typhoons.

This is my first post of 2015 so I am quite rusty, especially as I am on a steep learning with my new camera. Thanks to a kind gent for his input which saved me going back to the car for the operator's manual!!  1. https://farm1.staticflickr.com/257/19616776404_0cb277470b_o.jpg Indian...

Re: Old gold, from Alan Noble

The Hurricane PZ865 shown at North Weald is now with the BBMF at Coningsby.
I took a photo of it at the PDA day yesterday flying as a pair with Spitfire AB910.

Re: Some memories of the first of the Waddo dynasty

Many congrats on your Anniversary Paddy. Enjoy your cruise.

Mrs P has beaten me - I tried to get my "other half" to do the same four years ago (same reason) but had no luck.

Hope you both have a great time.

Re: Spec Comp December 2014 - Photo of the Year 2014

If not the "photo of the year" certainly the "planes of the year" and also the greatest crowd pullers. For me it's memories of 70 years ago!
Happy New Year everyone.

I have been considering the new Canon 7D2 but then news of a MkII Canon 100mm - 400mm tele lens has left me wondering which way to jump first.
