ZM151 has a full colour Phoenix on the tail and is coded 809. Sadly the decals will be removed before it flies.

Suspect this may have been a Black Flag, the US and RAAF did one last year.

Re: Top Guns Inside The RAF

To provide some variety in the footage the GoPro footage from the Typhoons was spliced at various points with shots taken from a Voyager and of a Typhoon display. They also added some b-roll taken on station to provide a storyboard. For the majority of the audience this doesn't detract from the prog...

(The air-refuelling system is the main exception I can think of[/quote] Certainly not a high percentage of commonality...

Enjoyed it though even though it was puzzling that at this time they only had 2 QRA plus a spare ready to go 200 miles from the border.
It was a joint intercept with the Luftwaffe, so more than two jets on alert.

Re: CLOSING TIME

It may be a condition if the liquor license that the pub should encourage people to leave quietly. If so, then you can write to the Council to highlight the issue. If not then still write as they will likely send their licensing officer around to chat to them.

The departure from Brize may be brought forward, possibly as early as 08:00 local. This will not change the timings en-route.

Re: C130 retirement tour route 14th June

The timings the RAF have released have a couple of minor changes for Lyneham and Royal Wootton Bassett to those leaked.

Will be a three-ship led by the sticker tail (serviceability permitting).

The fleet remains available for operations and so this has to be easily removable in case it has to deploy at short notice.
