I would have thought with the volatile state of the word's security at the moment it would be very hard to tie down any show participants at the present time. I would argue that the world, in terms of instability, has been pretty consistent since 911 so I don't see why RIAT would be affected any mo...

If you read the article properly, the reports are from today, at 17.10 they then compare it to the 1st December QRA in the early hours of the morning.

Perhaps the B-1 is left off of the list because it's very unlikely one will come this way during the period of the NOTAM, given that so few are actually currently airworthy

The article also stated we are to get rid of all of our battle tanks and the Royal Marines. It is, as per usual, not in the slightest bit true as the review isn't until next year so nowhere near fact!

The C-17 just into Northolt originated at Mildenhall. Just to clarify, neither MLD nor MDH are correct codes for that airfield, being Malad and Southern Illinois Airport respectively.
