Thanks for posting the pics mate ,i missed out this year due to the wife inconsiderately having a pot on here left leg.Its one of the best shows around,and you dont get ripped of on price,its free,and the food is spot on at the blue bell,and not to mention also serves a dam good pint

First time i have used them,and i am impressed,ordered a 1/48 scale tamiya meteor,it cost with p and p,ordered on the 27/7/12 arrived this morning by post.The total cost £20.46.

This was taken at leconfield in 76 during bolthole, the 3 and 5 ventral tank was prone to leaks and a pig to fit at times.Just to add the a/c is XS416

Not bad,but nice to see.nothing like the organised panic of the real thing,you had three minutes from the bell going to rolling,fastest was thirty seconds,due to the two pilots strapped in and doing a check in before servicing of Q1.OH the joy of a lung full of avpin,i can still taste it now.

I saw a documentory some time ago,and this story was part of it,i have a lot of respect for the crews involved,and shows that in those dark days chivalry wasn't dead.
