Re: COVID-19 UK

All the other presenters are at or very close to their own homes. Yes it is his step-daughter tonight and went to live with him before l...

Who knows what the rockets will be used for in the future, but took me back to seeing the first Shuttle flight in 1981 when sat in the school hall to watch the launch and had interest in space ever since.

Jurassic Coast beach crowds 'showed shocking disregard for area'

Ladies and Gentleman, this is the great British Public on what planet do they think this is right. If only Elon Musk already had rockets to another distant planet we could drop them off there! https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-dorset-52890608 Maybe lockdown, for those that have scant regard for an...

Prepare for a second peak... and reintroduction of restrictions me thinks..... I live close to a country park and the majority don't understand what Social Distancing is.......I hope that we don't have a second wave, the trouble is those that will suffer won't be those that have chosen to ignore it...

Re: COVID-19 UK

I still think people are missing the point that Cummings didn't go up north for a good time , he strikes me as a typical London centric elitist in that the loves being at the centre of power. So for me I do believe his story about heading out of town for child care reasons- misguided maybe but it i...

No one seemed to understand the 2m rule, as they have not for weeks before when having to go to the supermarket for supplies. It would appear a big pr...

What about those going to parks to exercise?

Re: Spotting during the pandemic

Everybody’s attitude to risk is different, and it’s an individual choice as to whether you stay within the guidelines and go out to view some aircraft from the relative safety of your car. I can see how it might improve people’s mental health and give your brain something else to focus on for just ...

Re: Spotting during the pandemic

Having been slightly involved in one nasty disease and working a 6 day week for several months dealing with another, with scientists, epidemiologists, etc., I learnt that the science changed as epidemics progressed, that viruses are unforgiving, that being nit picking over interpretation of "perceiv...
