mustang 5861 I had a list of all the Vampires we saw at Essen and Sion, but your list of Vampires enabled me to pull out the likely Sion ones. Sion 27th August 1989

We visited Sion the day after Dubendorf Show. There were a large number of Vampires in open storage and in the adjacent open hangar. Can anyone assist with the serials please.

Had a trip round Brough in July 1991, and the following Hawks were on the line:
Zimbabwe 1 to 5
Abu ( UAE ) 1 and 2
Korea 1 to 5
Can anyone help with serial tie ups please.

Thanks for the feedback. As you say, it was a Saturday, and I had called at Wattisham en-route to Upper Heyford Open Day.
I’m sure you’ve probably right, and they were glider codes.

Going over old logs, and on 7/9/1991 visited Wattisham and recorded the following serials, but did not rite down the type or air-arm.
R4, R42. R15, R6, R5 and R51
Can anyone help me with the types and air arm?
