Thirteen years since the last Air Fete :'( These were accessible shows, not like the sprawl that is RIAT, trying to fit as much as possible in, quantity is not quality. Newark is a great place to visit, I've been going there on and off since 1972, when it was a tiny place. IIRC my first visit was just after a case of arson had destroyed their Anson.

Great show. I have a photo of the Tornado. It wasn't until I had it developed I saw it had the two RAF crew who were shot down and paraded on Iraq TV. Sorry I have forgotten their names. Both called John ?
