Great shows. I went to several, including the 1969 one where there was a B-58A among other great aircraft.

Re: B-52s at rest....from the air

Great photos - thank you for posting them. Any idea of which B-52s are shown? Also what date/time photos taken - parking spots of some a/c changed between my visits on 19/03 and 04/04. Working round anti-clockwise from the top of photo, the five a/c appear to be parked on spots 51, 50, 47, 46 and 54...

The system is that the UK & NI give the EU lots of money, but they return a fraction of it back to the UK & NI. Sounds a bad deal to me, but what do I know!

Re: RAF Mildenhall to close. Lakenheath to get F-35 by 2020

Bad news - just put down a £50K deposit on a 4-bedroom detached house which is to be built on the ATC tower foundations. Hopefully I'll get it back, but slightly worried, or maybe will have to wait a while.

Presumably the F-35 has an on/off switch for non-stealth mode?

Would folding rotor blades and each half of tailplane folded forward make it loadable into a C-130? difficult to judge.

If not that, then a bridleway (so that the horses used by the police for crowd control are happy).
