F-16CJ is a designation occasionally seen when referring to F-16Cs with full SEAD "Wild Weasel" capability in the form of the aircraft's avionics suite. It appears a lot of the UK Gov website guidance for foreign travel is out of date when compared to government websites of the countries in question.
