Only bases that would accept the B-52 down in North Africa/ Mediterranean area of ops will be Lajes, Moron, Istres, Souda, Al Udeid and at a push Cairo West. I've always wanted this kit, but the amount of scratch building needed even for canopy frames etc is just too much for a £100 kit. If you check the likes of the Great Wall hobby kits and the AMK f14, they have beautifully. Modelled canopy framing and details. Surely this would have been achievable ...

Just captured the photos of the silver sea fury has crashed near Duxford after a reported engine failure. Pilot is ok, but aircraft doesn't look great.
