Re: UK G7 2021- Tittle Tattle

And yet they still flew down to Cornwall and arrived in awful weather after talking to and with, base personnel. Whatever the reasons and efforts, does it really matter?

Re: Runway question.

Only a couple of weeks ago. Can't recall exact date, it was covered on here somewhere. The reason is magnetic variation so now nearer to 280 and 100 degrees than 290 and 110 degrees. Hence 11 became 10 to match (always 180 degree difference).

Cheers John - yes not a bad spot. Only problem, as you can probably see from the 135, is facing south.

SAM46 and AF1

Slightly different in that these were taken about 8 miles out on finals to Mildenhall runway 28. Not the best but I'm happy - needed both (plus a couple of Japanese civilian airliners OTT). https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51237515724_320e7c7d0d_b.jpg 09-0016 by Nighthawke117 , on Flickr https://...

Thanks for posting these Andy, great reminder if my first IAT. ... I think you're missing TF-104G 27+79 & F-104G 26+60, both of MFG2... Thanks Mike. For 36 years I've had 26+79 in my database. Can't find original log to see what I wrote down. Looked online to check and hey presto, I got it wrong. Ne...
