Re: Douglas Invader 1989 North Weald

Good to see a rarer type. Didn't think I had but just checked my library and found I'd got it at Duxford in 2008. Have to say that older types from film have a different "feel" to them - prefer it to digital sometimes.

Re: A10 65 Field access

Tronk 11 - sorry if I implied I was being negative or "having a go" - far from it. I just don't think it would have a real effect. Let's hope that signage is put in place to make it clear to mitigate the risk of trespass.

Re: A10 65 Field access

I'm not sure that a ban on posting photos would actually stop people taking them. Realistically those who want to break the ruled/laws will do so regardless of any measures to prevent them. Doesn't mean we should stop trying though.

Hi Zonan - I enjoy these questions although I can't always help. However Googling for WH773 I found a link to a forum page with a fair bit of detail. Rather than reproducing the summary, I will provide the link so that you can research what you need - hope that's OK: https://forum.keypublishing.com/...

Just to ensure everyone understands the severity of the law in relation to this. Prosecution under The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 can result in an unlimited fine, up to 6 months imprisonment or both.

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread

so there's no point buying the programme? That's up to you. Knowing that it has been printed well in advance and thus may not be accurate on the day means you can make an informed decision. Of course it has always been like that for any event throughout the years. Most airshows I went to in the las...

@Weazel69 - click on the image and the exif is under the Flickr image. They range from 1/1600 to 1/3200 having looked at some. If you are looking for advice on settings, as high as possible for jets and as slow as you can for prop/rotor to get blur.
