Anyone from the North West, avoid using the M5 - A417. There are horrendous road works on the 417 from the Air Balloon roundabout. I see you are from King's Lynn, when you have spent most of the day travelling to get there and back, you see things in a different light.

I personally drove 6 hours to photograph 3 aircraft, 1 Tornado on a Tornado base !!!!!!!!!! last time was better, most of my shots have trucks or dumpers in the background. It was very poor.

"One was toed over" that must have hurt !!!!

The highlight for me last May was the "hot" tornado taxiing in and being able to photograph the pilots and ground crew going through the usual procedures right next to us, that was priceless, and lets face it, that will not be happening for too much longer :-(

Yes it bounced back twice, but it looks like the third time lucky :-) cheers.
