Late afternoon F803 sailed and still had NH90 on deck. The FGS Hessen was starting to leave dock so was a fair bit away from me. Starboard hangar open and looked like a Lynx inside. F-101C 60029 was at a Lossiemouth air day, 1962 possibly. KB-50J, F-100 and T-33 accompanied it. I was 9!
It was the only 81st TFW one I ever saw.
Heyford ones flew regular approaches to Lossie. Spotter's nightmare trying to get the serials.

The A400M approach on 30 before he went around was reminiscent of those B-52 shots where they are coming in sideways.
