It's been acquired by someone who works at ASI Kemble, so reports of its demise are premature.

It was ZA355, as already mentioned was acquired from Swansea, had a temporary paint scheme applied at White Waltham, went to DX for filming, then returned to WW. The temporary paint has since been removed and its now owned by a film props Company.

Re: Hawk gate guard
Its based on LL-5313, this one was never allocated a UK Serial. It was still there late last year, dressed up as a mk120.
ZK534 (ex LL-5319) was at Brough in use for GI, departed to Everrett Aero in 2013 and has recently moved to St Athan with a company there.

Hi Stuart, thanks, had seen your post on MSF. Wasn't sure of flight time from Barton to Stourbridge so maybe a separate frame - who knows!

Dauphin over Stourbridge (West Midlands)
Just had an 8flt Dauphin flyby and land somewhere in Brierley Hill, before departing again 10 mins later, heading back south.
Slim chance but any one with sbs pick anything up around 12:30 in the area?

The voodoos looking rough.. wasnt that long ago she was painted? There has been an ongoing issue with paint reacting with an underlying layer, plus some previously applied paint stripper still leaching out from some spaces. The photo's don't show, but there is a project aleady underway to mechanica...

Re: anybody visited Hixon airfield lately?
Hixon has been cleared, apart from a couple of Lynx cabs left within their main complex. The issue with the demobbed listing is there were a number of frames which were sold at the auction, but without any knowledge of a forwarding address. Similarly there were a number of Lynx scrapped at the local...
