Morning all . . just a quickie, I keep hearing it, then keep seeing it on FL24 - but anyone got any ideas why this Herc would spend the morning at 19,000ft circling just to the south of Scampton??

Only reason I ask is there's one flying round and round over my house (and I live a good 20 miles from Scampton) with uc and flaps down, almost as if burning off fuel . . 5th time just now (14:55) . . . just curious
