Re: Log 29/8

Pete, From earlier reports that's what I thought but then have seen it noted a number of times recently so wasn't sure. It would help if reports detailed location of aircraft (i.e flight line or hangar). Down to five myself after only two visits to what used to be my local airfields until I moved fr...

Re: ZM335 and ZM336

Seems unusual, never had any issues in the past. I guess if they park the Italians down that end there may well be more active patrols. Delta seems the most likely parking area (larger apron to the north of where the Phenoms are). Swiss f18 used to park here for ACMI, with the Belgians and French f...

Re: ZM335 and ZM336

Finally caught these this morning. Be warned, Military police out in force both inside and outside the fence. As I stood at the crash gate changing batteries in my camera a patrol came out of the field and seemingly told/asked another spotter who was behind me not to continue to the gate. I ventured...

I'll be in Newark tomorrow or Friday and was think about calling in to catch some Prefects but haven't noted any on VR this week. Are they flying or having an extended break?

Thanks

Re: APCV Traffic

Popped in this afternoon as the Chinook is a gap filler but no Typhoons visible on ASP. All others as per this and on the other post on the same topic parked at the top end. Plenty of room on ASP for the heavies.

Re: 19.09.16

I was there from around 12:30 until 3:30ish. Didn't bother with a full log as there was nothing about that I was looking for, and only logged codes unless jet was unmarked. On the ground when I arrived: ASP: H (2 Sqn), BG, ZK343/- (dept to Lossie), BM, BT, EB-H, BQ, BV, BK, ZJ930/-, BY, ES, 3 Sqn ar...

Log 23/7

Noted on the main ramp this afternoon was Hawk T.2 (ZK036/AA). I believe this arrived late yesterday afternoon, watched on flight tracker, so weekend stopping?

Might be of use if anyone needs it.

You might be disappointed as I gather it's off to Israel first for some work.

RN Avenger 22/5 ?

Just been past and there looks, from mk.1 eyeball, to be an Avenger on the bottom of the main ramp outside the flying club?

Re: clipped wing spitfire

TE311 of BBMF probably. It was quite active over the weekend and noted on one of the flight trackers heading up that way.
