Well you learn something new everyday and believe it or not that was picked up on a grecom scanner with a basic desktop anteena indoors in a ground floor flat

Is there anything due into Fairford tonight or early hours of this morning as heard something calling up on scanner on FFD Ops.

Just to let you know all up there in Mildenhall RAMA 32 B1 Lancer has just woken Mildenhall up it has came in behind Quid 91.Rama 31 carried on to where it was going.Only 1 tanker up so not enough fuel for all.

So recap guys as im getting lost on this.I heard what I thought was Reach 351 about a hour or more ago.First was operating on Clee Hill frequency then onto London Mil.I couldn't work out if Reach 351 was inbound or outbound.

I have heard a strong rumour to suggest a couple of B1,s are sure to or maybe diverting into Mildenhall en route to Afghan because there has been a problem with the tanker that has gone out to tank them.Does anyone know any truth in this rumour if this is the case what time are they due to come into...

Does anyone know of any good heads up for either Friday this week or Monday next week as I may well be out there.The other thing is are they taking off from Station Rd end of the runway or the opposite end as I only know how to get to Station Road end.

They mentioned to ATC they were empty of cargo etc so im guessing they will stay tonight and depart in the morning.I am wondering if they are going out to USA to pick equipment up from Red Flag Exercise if any of the Turks have sent any of there jets out to the exercise.

Im hearing that Turkish AF 815 has landed at the Hall and Turkish AF 814 is currently operating with Lakenheath Departures which im also guessing will be enroute to the Hall.Does what the aircraft types are and purpose of there visit to the Hall.

Hello all im seriously thinking before xmas if my health allows me if not definatly in the New Year to go down to Boscombe Down as its been many years since i have been near that area of Wiltshire.Can anyone tell me if its save to spot down there or not as i have been told the MOD Cops get a bit pic...

I just hear on my scanner on Boscombe Secondary on 371.825 that someone was incoming with an Engine fire.Would this have been on a mock up training sortie or is it for real does anyone know i couldnt get the callsign of the operator at time of hearing this.
