Hi,From a sighting of the first on a truck early November and the 2nd from a NIF, first 2 of an expected 8 Apache AH1s have arrived here for the Army training school, ZJ223 and ZJ191.

Remember Hawk XX174 too. One and only Valley Hawk l did a major servicing on at Abingdon, all the rest being TWU examples

I was here on exercise in January 2003 with an RAF Hercules on a type of red flag , but involving C-130s and ground troops of various nations. Parked over the far side were 3 B-1s which were also involved. Was anyone else there at the time and know the registrations?

Bit of a long shot, first day working at RAF Lyneham 6th March 2000 and on or shortly after that date a Polish Air Force( or possibly Czech) Tu-154 on the far side of the airfield. Did anyone else see it and manage to get the registration. Many thanks. Mick
