Re: Mildenhall Air Fete Book

It might be a good idea , to join forces with F3, AKA Mick,on this forum. He mooted a similar idea a good few days ago, he was asking people to get involved
and it sounds like a good idea, to make the thing a "joint effort"...just a thought :thumb:

Re: Market Research - Mildenhall Air Fete Calendar

Hi Mick...Glad you got back on that one, as you might be as well to try and contact "Amazon", as they might work hand in glove with Blurb, to distribute and deal with publication possibilities. Check out Amazon, to get/purchase a copy of the Waddington book.I did a spotter book , about my own journe...

Re: Market Research - Mildenhall Air Fete Calendar

Might be worth while trying to do the book through," Blurb". Approach them and ask the viability...Gary Parsons & Bob Franklin, produced the "RAF Waddington International Airshow 1995-2014" book this way.Things change in the publishing world along with trends...its best to write to a few and get the...

The sad thing is, all photos can be copied and pasted from anyone's posts, which defeats not sharing them with any public on FLICKR... if that makes any sense!

Re: Church Fenton '91 - Departure day

Hi Mick...I agree with all the other positive endorsements on your picture post. Sometimes those arrivals/departure days, present better photo opportunities than the show days! Yours are testament to that and I'm glad I saw these , as I never had the good fortune to get down there for either of thos...

Re: Victors Ludorum

Numbers 1 & 6 say it for me Mick. In the first shot you can almost hear the thing. I remember a captain from the army at Teeside saying to me, with my camera in hand...what does this aircraft do? ha,ha.
