Anyone know anything about the 4x F18's that buzzed over South Ayrshire today at ~1430ish or so?

They did a run and break as I was driving along the A77.

Very slow over the past few days for me.

If it does become paid, the contributers that feel against that should really just leave ADSB and create a new one from scratch based off the old model.

Why are they only getting twitchy about this now?

Is the PAT a gas n go?

What a set up! Getting (clean) shots of those old aircraft without anything modern in the background is no easy feat.

I do miss the F-111's. Still, the F-15s have provided much entertainment over the years.

Wonder what the saftey record of the V-280 will be like given the V-22's history if they are join to be used in large quantities?

Wow - quite the line up of USAF heavies. It always seems incredible to me that the USAF use Prestwick so heavily given the fees that must be associated with each movement. Just regular landing and handling fees, etc, for aircraft of this size. Given that they could land at actual USAF bases in the ...

Hopefully the US stuff will be announced soon. Im looking forward to this year's show.
