Not much info out tthere but I wonder if it was Frigate F224 'Sachsen-Anhalt' that was recently in the North of Spain (beginning of Sept). A lot of the assets are arounf Norway at the moment.

I was looking at these earleir today, and then low and behold, the 3 Wildcats just flew over my house in Somerset RTB Yeovilton so it gave it even more context.
