If you check into the figures for appearances on Question Time you'll find they show a huge anti-Brexit bias.
What figures? Can you post your source?

Re: BBC Licence fee

Ok. There quite a few misconceptions in this thread. Overseas radio is paid for by the Foreign office, not the licence fee. 'BBC Adverts' by which I assume you mean promos for future programmes etc. Are you telling me ITV, Sky, C4, History Channel, Dave etc don't do them? The Pensioners losing their...

Re: BBC Licence fee

If I choose never to watch BBC content, I still have to have a t.v licence, why should that be if the proceeds only go into their pockets? That is a valid point, but without the R&D done by the BBC over the years there wouldn't be Sky for sure, and the likes of Netflix and Amazon TV would still be ...

Re: BBC Licence fee

I worked it telly for 32 years. The BBC now is a far leaner and more efficient, and commercially more aware organisation than when I started. We can't have a sensible debate about the licence fee while people say there are 'hangars on' etc when there aren't. At the end of my telly time I worked in B...

Re: A Victor valediction

Wow, more tear-jerkers from the Padmeister... I had 4 fabulous years on these at Marham, 55 Sqn to boot as well ! My Dad flew Baltimores and Bostons with 55 during WWII. We went to the 1983 Marham families day and had a good nose round a Victor, it's definitely got something the Vulcan hasn't. Than...

Re: Recommendations buying lens

I had to make a warranty claim on my 5D IV from Panamoz, it was very straightforward.

Re: Recommendations buying lens

I've used Panamoz for new kit but why not second hand? MPB FC sponsor) are really good. Thier ratings of the quality of the kit are correct. I've bought lenses and flash guns from them, perfect condition.

Re: Will the bells ring out this Friday?

Nothing changes during the transition period so for this year it's fine. A lot of the EU countries are saying travel and healthcare (EHIC) will remain unchanged for the future as long as the UK reciprocates.

Keep meaning to pop down there on my bike for a shufti, nice ride from my house. Seems an odd place for them to drop into.

Re: 216 Sqn to stand up in April as a swarm drone squadron

Interesting, but how hard would it be for enemy air defences to work out the difference between a drone and an aircraft? Well the Iranian air defences couldn't distinguish between a US combat aircraft and a civilian Boeing 737...so no, not easy at all. It all depends on the standard of the radar eq...

Re: TURKEY

Last year missus P accidentally ordered a cockerel for Christmas dinner. It was fantastic, I recommend it. We've tried goose and duck as alternatives, but this was excellent, like chicken but turkey sized.
