EFCS definitely better than the MS but it was on the slower Civil stuff, I’m glad I’ve still got the old DSLR because that’s what i still Lean towards. It’s going to take a long time for me personally to get accustomed to this EVF! Be interested to hear about how you find it Deaves!

I’ve got two days in Prague next month and a quick search shows Praha Kbely nearby, looks fairly interesting but there’s little information about the base and spotting online. Will that not introduce rolling shutter on props? I’m sorry for probably daft questions but with this issue on these new mirrorless cameras is it now in practical to use a mechanical shutter on fast moving subjects like we have for years on DSLRs, because the EVF can’t keep up?

So after so experimenting the the ES works well however trying to pan with a moving subject using the MS is nearly impossible because there is so much lag in the viewfinder. Is there a setting to minimise this that anyone has found?

Scramble currently doesn’t have Anatolian Eagle as an exercise this year so it is possible that it isn’t going ahead?

Did anyone read off the Casa serials on the Sunday? Finally made it home last night after what was an extremely tiring but unforgettable trip. They definitely put on a show this weekend!

I don’t fancy my chances! My lad is joining me on the Saturday and he’s a bit fitter than me, as Paul said looking at Google earth it doesn’t look like a bad walk to be honest.

I’m happy with all of that advice except what caution against what animals? I mean bear spray and a hand gun or mosquito spray? That’s the one part that isn’t very informative.
