Awaiting the annual NATO E3 Sentry confirm only to cancel a week later. I think all the self confirms hav...

Re: NO VIEWING AT RAF SPADEADAM

Hi Folks , I was just wondering a couple of things 1. is it still the case that the road is closed ? & 2. Is there any activity there these days ? I travel the A69 regularly and see next to nothing when passing that area . TIA 👍

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2023 General Discussion Thread

I think you may be right unfortunately. I believe the latest date for them was end of June , was just hoping they could’ve hung on a couple more weeks to say farewell but doesn’t look good :(

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2023 General Discussion Thread

Would like to think RAF would lay on something to celebrate the service given by the Hercs and their pending retirement.

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2022 - General Discussion Thread

Couldn’t believe the amount of inconsiderate sods who still think it’s ok to just leave their litter lying 😡. My son & I picked up about a dozen discarded plastic bottles lying around the area with the straw bale seating at the Far East of the airfield. 😡

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2022 - General Discussion Thread

I can have some sympathy for those disappointed with the B52 cancellation, was one I was really looking forward to seeing :( but am I gonna let that spoil my RIAT ? - Not a chance . Yes, I would have liked to be seeing more exotic USA stuff flying , it is an AIRshow after all but it is what it is an...

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2022 - General Discussion Thread

The Viggen and Co from the Swedish Historic Flight could still fly in for static just wouldn't be able to display. Nice to see the Spanish Hornet again would be great if Spanish AV-8B Harrier was added to the line up Spain Navy will not show up this year, so unfortunately no Spanish Matador. Ahh , ...
