QUERY: 4th October CAN F-18's; RFU Reds Hawk?

Gents, If I may - was at Waddo on the 4th and could see 7 of the Canadian's out at the far end. Could only confirm 770 visually. Could anyone confirm which the rest were, or at least which one was missing? Further to: seemed to be a Reds Hawk on it's own at the South end. Withdrawn from use? ID? Che...

I had CF-08 outbound at 15:35; saw a couple of jets outbound about fifteen and ten minutes before that. Would be keen to find out what they were.

Nicely done. Was down there myself this afternoon. The weather was less co-operative. A tad crunchy even. The 6 Sqn machine was in the air again.

Re: Kingcobra at Fighter Meet 1989 (mostly)

Biggin was G-BTWR in 2001. Had a lovely set of B&W featuring this one at a foggy Duxford autumn show around 1988. Nice to see her in colour again.

Re: AN124 at RAF Waddington 23/6/19

Made out 690 from photos on the Alpha dispersal but the middle remained a mystery. Even with my old Kowa 32x scope (got pinched), with that haze reading wouldn't have happened. Appreciate the good gen on 665 and 694.

Re: AN124 at RAF Waddington 23/6/19

Gents, further to the activity this day - for completeness of logs, can anyone with better optics than me confirm which Sentinel was in the middle of the airfield and which Rivet Joint was out?

RIAT Friday - couple of clarifications, please

Gents, a couple of points to clarify from the checklist and beyond, please - specifically the flying area: Belgian F-16's: FA-129 listed on checklist. I could see one special display paint scheme and one ordinary fighter scheme. FA-101 was at the fair end of the airfield. Can someone clarify what wa...

Gents, a further-to request:

ID of C-17 on the ramp?
The '135 that appeared towards the centre of the field from Johns Field end? Beale or McConnell?
The '135 that appeared tail on to Tythe Avenue? Beale or McConnell?

Thank you

Nice set. Popped in there earlier in the year; sadly my pics were lost when the lappy was whizzed out of the boot a few months later. :@

Re: A few Fishbeds from Fairford

Ah, remember that display well. I have slides of that show, awaiting either a Windows 10 compliant bit of software for my scanner or a new one. I remember the burner flame being almost as long as the aircraft. And they displayed about an hour before the two '29s stuffed it in, I believe.
