3 of the Poles can be easily read (4050, 4060 and 4061 yesterday) by walking up the track that runs East to West along the perimeter fence on the Eastern side of the base, accessed from the A15 opposite the B1178 Bardney road. that is private property as i understand it... Oops. Didn't see any sign...

You did well i went to Hylands park Chelmsford which would have been perfect if it wasn't for the storm that passed over bang on time for the flypast i saw the the last three formations as i turned onto the A414....soaking wet and with no pics !!....next time....

Hi Stewart, Unfortunately there is no logs for Mildenhall around that time in BAR/BARG or SEAR. I found a report for June 67 in Anglia Aeronews but nothing reported for the 3rd. Hi all... a chap on the Facebook group is trying to track down details of a flight he took as a lad from Mildenhall on a civil DC8/707 on the 3rd June 67 if any one has a dusty log book with that info I'm sure he would be chuffed....thanks stewart
