Hello all,

Recently returned to aviation photography and due to move down to Suffolk soon, so I’m swapping my hawks and Texans for USAFE F35’s and F15’s. Was recommended this forum for useful information, looking forward to exploring!

Now to learn how to use the forum! 😂

Really nice shots - especially nice to catch the 658 cab - don't see too many shots of them!
Thank you and yes definitely! I've managed to catch most of their ventures into Kent or Surrey!

Inferno17 Lydd

Lydd's temporarily based Wildcat was quite busy earlier this month and made for some nice shots although lacking in sunshine! https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52537948769_125784c41d_h.jpg Inferno 17 Wildcat by Harry Perkins , on Flickr https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52537659286_bdfec3a128_h....

Based Wildcat? How long has that been there, how often does it fly? Might have to have a run down on the bike.
Been there on and off for nearly a year , flies most days but not after dark

Re: Three Mildenhall visitors today including 2x MV22B's

Good catches, but the high shutter speed makes the MV-22s in particular look unrealistic, as that is not how the human eye would have seen them in real life. Perhaps due to the rarity over here , he wanted to guarantee some sharp shots rather than risk blurring the aircraft! Nice Shots Ali
