Re: log of RIAT arr/dep?

Ah - found it on Threshold site, they must have updated since last night. N839BA - Boeing biz jet so totally inappropriate for Fighter Control - apologies!

Re: log of RIAT arr/dep?

Long shot, but nothing showing on either the Threshold.Aero sheet or on Planes TV. In all that rain, early on Fri morning before the display, there was a B737 (??) in dark blue, looked like some form of VIP movement. I don't suppose anyone has an ID please? I was too far away talking to the guys on ...

Serial lists

Morning all,

Please can I ask the collective here for thoughts on the best source for up to date military serial nos? I can't seem to find much online, although there appears to be some paper versions from Mach III - i'd appreciate any help, comments or direction.

Many thanks in advance

Re: New sign ups

Hi, Welcome! I only joined last week and had the same issue. Have a look at the Newbie part of the Forum, specifically the 'Can't read UK Heads Up, Movements & OTT' thread. I asked the same question; you have to make 5 posts in order to be able to access these extra parts of the Forum. Happy posting...

Re: New to FC or not so new? Introduce yourself here.

Hi, I'm Jon, returning to the hobby after a few years, having spent much time in the early 90s watching at MH & LN. At the moment i can't find my old Yuperitu scanner, which is driving me nuts, so i might need to seek collective help available here before selecting a new scanner. I'm now based near ...

Re: What is your top 3 aircraft of all time

Difficult, as you say, but i'll go with:
i. F-4 (either an 892NAS 'K' or a WW 'G')
ii. C-130 (so many different variants from Albert in the FI to a Spectre at Kandahar)
iii. Spitfire (there's never been an aircraft so beautiful IMHO)

Before I head into Bristol to see if 'Phantom Boys' is available in our Works store, can anyone recommend it?
Thanks
