Was thinking of visiting Weds or Thurs, is there likely to be much flying due to Red Flag? any help really appreciated

I assume for both days it will be PDA for BBMF and Typhoon? appears that was on NOTAMS, cloudy for Tues but sun and light rain for weds, any guesses which they will use?

What time does the night flying usually start, I went in Sept and there was little action until 7 or 8ish although I am aware night flying is technically 30mins after sunset with the sunsetting much earlier now. thanks
