Re: Potential RAF Typhoon Tranche 4 Order - 25 Aircraft
Didnt I read somewhere that a buy of T4 Typhoons will not be required by the RAF because the new ECRS Radar currently being trialled will give the current fleet once updated much better opertational capabilities than the Tranche 4.

Re: Lossiemouth Saturday 13/7 (F & F Day)
Cessna F-406 G-SMMB & Pipistrel G-OVEL were also on static. Jaguar (Spotty) XX119 kept in No 1 Hangar (I reckon they missed a big trick there) Only the F-16C was put on static the F-16D was left in its HAS. Hunter GA.11 cockpit section from Morayvia, WV381-732 was on Alpha South.

Re: Lossiemouth Tuesday 16/4
Also this morning x2 Typhoons departed around 7.30am
ASCOT 9531 & 32
9531 which was ZK432 got as far as the south coast of England before it returned at 9.30am, I assume it was an air spare for additional aircraft heading to the east. No idea what was 9532.
