That's correct. T7-TAY is the A330 marked as FT.
Can't help with the Luftwaffe A400 as both 54+06 and 54+41 were parked out on Sunday 2nd Feb.

As 54+05 departed at approx. 08:25 local time according to ADSB, I presume you were there fairly early in the morning. If so, again according to ADSB, two of the missing ones were more than likely 54+41 (departed 09:45) and 54+39 (departed 12:25)
