Re: Sigma 60-600mm?

well as a guy who bit the bullet so to speak, I have one and really like it. I use a Canon 5D III and in the past used the Canon 100/400 with a 1.4 convertor which I could not get on with so went for a Sigma 150/600S,but the weight was a bit of a draw back especially on windy days.then when Sigma sa...

Re: Lakenheath 8/10

greetings Blackcat1, with no disrepect to Alexander C but I think he's probably got his figures wrong because according to my ( paperwork ) the 494thFS LN relieved the 366thFS 4thFW SJ yw whom returned homeward 04.2018, the 494th were then relieved by the 391stFS 366thFW MO tig the 494th returned wh...

Re: 492 FS deployment

my take for what it is worth, remembering there are 30 SJs out at the moment, could it be that these 12 MOs are going to relieve 12 of those whilst 18 - 492nd jets finish the remainder of the SJs

oops missed that markranger

Did they M.C. think that it would be a walk in the park against the small Norfolk team, because they certainly found otherwise  so its congrats to Daniel and all the team, and I have to say that Pep was gracious in defeat  the sky coverage was spoilt by a former Norwich manager whom if...

Re: Lightning cockpits ‘discovered’ in Norfolk

Nighthawke - yes sadly if you mean he had a stroke then this is true. its even sadder to think that it happened just as they were due to close Colt. after all those years of covering said base and even sadder the guy was just about to retire He is seen on the odd occasion at Norwich IAP and recently...
