A couple of Mildenhall views in the sunshine today. C-5M 86-0021 departed off of rwy10 as RCH2077 with an unusual 270 degree right turn to head north. I think I heard him request a NAG22 departure ( ? ) rather than the standard straight ahead. Gave a lovely topside though. Talking of topsides, 58-01...

Finally caught a decent topside of Top Aces A-4 C-FGZT as it departed off of rwy06 at Lakenheath on 08.03.24. Not a lot going on at the 2 main Suffolk bases at the moment so I spent a few hours at Wattisham yesterday. I've never tried shooting from the Volvo showroom - it was a much tighter downwind leg than usual so I just got lucky.
