Su-22s at Hanoi
Taken through an aircraft window so not too sharp...plus heat haze...but thought may be of interest. https://vietnamaircraftxmas2015.files.wordpress.com/2016/01/img_9941.jpg?w=680 https://vietnamaircraftxmas2015.files.wordpress.com/2016/01/img_11771.jpg?w=680 https://vietnamaircraftxmas2015.files.wo...

Re: Fairford 22 October 2015
If you have a look at the NOTAMs for today, the Swanwick Mil freqs were changed around, so the lack of comms is probably because they were on non-standard freqs.

Mi-17 N175RU
Scaring the living daylights out of the surfers and swimmers - never mind the holidaying spotter - was this Mil, flying below 500 feet along the north Florida coast. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WeuX6XI3OYg/TpCncNNijNI/AAAAAAAACtA/sHMtztP3CUw/s640/DSC_0169.JPG After dark, a cammo example was twice seen...

Re: Talking of C-32B's
In case anyone's interested, am sitting sipping a cool beer with toes in the pool near Eglin and mode-S code AE0433 - which may be 25001 - just arrived. Unfortunately it's dark, so couldn't read any serial. Google Earth of Eglin shows a C-32 on its own parking spot ready for action but the imagery i...

Re: Tonopah Test Range 7-Oct-10
I stuck it here http://aroundtherange.blogspot.com/ as I'm too simple to work out how to get the image to show in the body here. N105TB did go off to play with what is assumed as the F-117A on 7-Oct as the latter was using the same callsign as on 5-Oct when this photo was taken. But not visually con...
