Canadian C17 177702, which arrived at around 2000L last night (18th), suffered a birdstrike whilst taking off at around 1800L. Made immediate, overweight emergency landing back to PIK. Seemingly has significant damage to multiple blades on the No.2 engine.

The Facebook page recently posted about the B25 flying both days so I doubt the whole show has been cancelled. Plus the swahf calendar should always be taken with a pinch of salt as its not the most clear or accurate one, it even listed the low green as being in Portrush

According to Strikemaster Facebook, its displaying Friday then onto the static alongside Royal Air Force of Oman assets.

Despite AAC appearing as declined today, the apache demo team have confirmed that they are definitely appearing. Hopefully rectified soon like the Black Cats slip up.

No problem, I managed to miss last years one and was determined to catch this one so constantly kept checking for info.

Great pics and thankfully the weather behaved. What a glorious sound it made on departure aswell.

Yes. No idea if any work has been done on it yet but PAMG is saying it might depart tomorrow.
